SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: I have over thirty-years experience in competitive commercial radio stations in numerous communities.  My considerable experience includes staff and program management, commercial script writing, audio recording and public speaking.  My responsibilities comprise of administration of annual budgets, overseeing research, extensive on–air and commercial recording as well as hosting appearances on television.  I have worked closely with clients and customers seeking the best possible marketing tactics.  In addition, I have a great knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.  Along with that knowledge, I have created and maintained many professional Internet websites.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
  • At WSWT/JMP Radio Group, restructured the Creative Services Department, creating a more useful system of tracking commercial production resulting in a more efficient work schedule.  I also, began the procedure of voice tracking various air–shifts resulting in lowering operating cost.
  • At WZZK/Cox Communications, refocused morning drive team to deliver a more streamlined tighter show.  I assisted the entire staff with daily show prep by creating a 'Daily Sheet' of music news, television and Hollywood gossip, local event topics and sports.  I also aided with research projects; contributed to company wide programming brain storming sessions and aided the sales team with profitable promotional ideas.
  • At KSSN/Clear Channel Communications, developed a good working knowledge of the MUSICSCAN music–scheduling program.  I piloted the station to a 19.9 12+ share (up from a previous 14.6).  I also was instrumental in the station winning the '94 MARCONI award for 'Country Station Of The Year' and my afternoon drive slot ranked #8 nationally in the spring '94 ratings (aqh).
  • At WAEV/Opus Media Group, refined a practical understanding of the SELECTOR music–scheduling program.  I also installed and updated two computer automation systems and constructed a call-out research staff.
  • At WCHY – Savannah, Georgia, guided a new staff to #1 12+ in all dayparts and was co–host of the #1 morning show.
  • At WNEX – Macon, Georgia, encouraged steps to improve both production quality and community involvement.
