Personal Information

EZvoiceworks may collect personally identifiable information such as name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address through various activities of conducting business.  This personal information is collected and used by EZvoiceworks for facilitating a relationship or business transaction.

E-mail

EZvoiceworks does not sell or rent e-mail addresses to other organizations.  EZvoiceworks may generate e-mail for the following types of communication:

• Transactional e-mail, which is the result of a business transaction initiated with EZvoiceworks.
• Relationship e-mail, which is sent as an informational service because of a relationship with EZvoiceworks.
• Correspondence from EZvoiceworks as a result of a communication initiated by a client or customer.

Third-party Agents

EZvoiceworks uses third-party agents for several business purposes, including credit card validation and processing.  These agents are permitted to use your personal information only to provide the EZvoiceworks with a specific service and not for any other purpose.  Please contact EZvoiceworks (ezvoiceworks@gmail.com) if you believe this policy has been violated.

EZvoiceworks makes every effort to preserve your privacy, but we may need to disclose personal information when required by law.  EZvoiceworks may also disclose personal information if it believes in good faith that such action is necessary.

Non-personal Information

Non-personal information is collected behind the scenes by the EZvoiceworks web server and is used to compile general website usage statistics or facilitate access to restricted website services.  Such information may include:

• IP address of computer
• Browser-related information
• Locations visited on the website

HTTP Cookies

A HTTP Cookie is a piece of data that is stored by your browser in either your computer's memory or on your computer's hard drive.  EZvoiceworks does not use cookies.

External Links

The only domain covered by the EZvoiceworks privacy policy is www.ezvoiceworks.com.  The EZvoiceworks website may contain links to other sites, however, and EZvoiceworks is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
